⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE: TWO SEPARATE REGISTRATION PROCESSES

Please be fully aware that registering your accommodation and registering your competitors for the actual EKC 2026 competition are TWO COMPLETELY SEPARATE PROCESSES.

Booking a hotel room through our official partner agency DOES NOT mean your athletes are registered to compete in the championship!

To ensure your national team is fully registered and eligible to participate, you must complete BOTH steps outlined below:

🟢 STEP 1: ACCOMMODATION & TRANSFER BOOKING (Via Congress Travel)

This step is for securing your hotel rooms and airport transfers. This process is managed by the Local Organizing Committee and our partner agency.

🔴 STEP 2: OFFICIAL COMPETITION REGISTRATION (Via EKF Database)

This is the mandatory step for registering your actual fighters, and team officials for the tournament brackets. This process is managed exclusively by the European Kendo Federation (EKF).

  • Status: OPEN NOW
  • Deadline: Final entry closes on April 10th, 2026.
  • Where: You must log in and register your delegation through the official EKF website/database.
